It's a hard choice since i loved all his shows in the poll.
My favorite show in which YJS starred is in my opinion, Infinity Challenge . In the show, you can really see his leadership as he leads the members to reach the goal of each episodes. Every member in IC is really funny and noisy, while YJS may not be the funniest gagman there, but YJS smoothly organize the show and bring further the funny side of each members acts and comments, so everything fell into place. This fact is also acknowledged by the other members.
He also show many sides of him in the show, constantly evolving to match the different format every week, from the timid person, nal yoo, great racer in F1 special, to a tough leader in the Olympic Games, and many more as he faces different challenges. In the wrestling special, you can see he also is the first to try the wrestling movements, in order to reassure the other members. So, yes, my vote is for Infinity Challenge. Kudos for the staff and members of IC.
Honorable mentions to X-Man.

The first Korean variety show I ever watched was Family Outing and in my opinion it is still the best! What I liked about it is that Yoo Jae Suk and the other family members really bonded so well that they became like a real family. Although Running Man and Family Outing have different formats, I think that when the cast members have great chemistry, then the show would be the best. RM and FO as of now has approximately the same time being on the air, but to be honest the FO members had way better chemistry than RM. This is a bit unfair to RM though since in RM they are constantly in teams or groups and are split up while in FO the whole cast is constantly together. This means less interaction time and less "bonding." However RM is still a good variety show and is up there in my top 5 favorite shows.
Although it's losing in the polls, Infinity Challenge should be one of YJS best shows. I agree with the post above that even though Jaesuk is not the funniest guy there, he's like the glue that holds the IC members together. I think what he does is he brings the funny out of people just by being there
(you can tell by watching the Alaska/Bungee Jump Special and the amount of air time they had for the 2 groups).
In conclusion all of his shows are the best
