Well, as there are so many queries regarding donation using BCA even though I've explained it in donation page and tickets system page, I'll create the tutorial in two languages.

• Please open the donation page by clicking the Donations tab above or simply click this link
  
  
• Please read the "Clarification Notice of iSUBS Services, Donation, and VIP Features" before you donate
  
  
• Please pay an attention at the second information below the Clarification Notice that says "If you are from Indonesia and would like to donate via BCA Bank transfer, please refer to the sidebar regarding BCA Bank Transfer instead of the payment form below. Your donation will be converted to USD based on the BCA's currency rate on the date we received your donation." Yes, it's clearly stated that the information regarding BCA Bank Transfer is in the sidebar.

    Please see the quoted text above. It is a confirmation code you have to enter when transferring the donation in Berita Acara. Please note that the confirmation code is different to each member. This way, we can know which money belongs to whom.
    For an example, my confirmation code is as follows:
    iSUBS 1234
    So "iSUBS 1234" is the text I have to enter in "Berita Acara"

• We will receive the notification message (SMS) from BCA.
  
• We will process the donation manually within 2x24 hours after we receive the notification message (mostly in 1x24 hours). Please note that BCA never send the notification message immediately after the transfer is made, there's always a delay, it can be an hour, 6 hour or even a day.
  
  
• If you did all things above properly, then you don't have to make any other confirmation.
  
• Should your donation hasn't been processed yet more than 3 days after you made the donation, please open a new ticket in Tickets System to Donation Support. We will never answer query regarding donation in PM.
  * Please use the base rate as IDR 10,000.00 per USD 1.00
  You don't have to worry anything, your donation amount will be calculated using the actual BCA rate on the processing day. Any donation less than IDR 30,000.00 won't be processed.

    Tolong diperhatikan bahwa kode konfirmasi berbeda untuk setiap member. Dengan cara ini, kita dapat mengetahui uang mana milik siapa. Kode konfirmasi dapat dilihat di seperti pada contoh berikut:
    Sebagai contoh, apabila kode konfirmasi saya adalah "iSUBS 1234", maka yang harus saya masukkan di berita acara pada mesin ATM adalah "iSUBS 1234".

• Kami akan menerima pesan notifikasi berupa SMS dari BCA.
  
• Kami akan memproses donasi kamu secara manual dalam waktu 2x24 jam setelah kami menerima pesan notifikasi (biasanya 1x24 jam). Tolong diingat bahwa BCA tidak pernah mengirim pesan notifikasi segera setelah transfer dilakukan, biasanya ada delay, bisa 1 jam, 6 jam atau bahkan satu hari.
  
  
• Kalau kamu melakukan semuanya di atas dengan benar, maka kamu tidak perlu membuat konfirmasi apa pun lagi.
  
• Kalau donasi kamu tidak juga diproses lebih dari 3 hari sejak kamu melakukan donasi, silahkan buka tiket baru di Tickets System ditujukan ke Donation Support. Kami tidak akan pernah melayani tanya jawab terkait donasi melalui PM.
  * Tolong gunakan rate dasar USD 1.00 = IDR 10,000.00
  Jangan khawatir, jumlah donasi kamu akan dihitung berdasarkan rate aktual BCA pada saat hari pemrosesan. Donasi di bawah IDR 30,000.00 tidak akan diproses.
