I would like to hear what everyone here is pursuing their studies in Life. Whether it be in University or High School, Elementary i want to hear your opinions of what you hope to accomplish and move to the real world. What have you always wanted to be as your profession and why?

I am a University Student.
I am a Nursing Major hoping to pursue a passion to go to be a Forensics Nurse.

Hope to work in a hospital setting to deliver the maximum care as possible to sick patients and recovering their to their official normal state.
Nurses care for clients from diverse backgrounds and settings. As Nurses it is crucial to have an accurate assessment of clients and design interventions that promote health and prevent diseases.

Well Im almost done with my Bachelor's in Interior Design.

But right now my main goal is majoring in English and completing my TESL program (Teaching English as a Second Language).

I plan to teach overseas every other year or so.
But while im here in the US, I will be doing Interior Design.

So when im dont with college, Ill go to Korea (example) and teach for a year or two,
then come back to the US for a couple months.
While im here, probably take on a design project.
After that, head back overseas to teach for another year or 2..

I figure ill do this til im old and get tired of traveling. lol

I know some people that have also done this, I considered it as well but it is not at a good time so I cannot go. However, the people that I know that have already gone to teach in Korea have yet to return. They love it and have been teaching in Korea for three years now, going on four. Some of their friends, other teachers doing the same thing as them, have even gotten married and are raising families over there. I think it would be a great experience and one of the most memorable times of your life.

My own story is still being written as to which career path I intend to follow. Although I am a psychology major, I no longer wish to pursue becoming a counseling psychologist as I originally planned. That is the tough part about college, you change your mind and when something does change it sets you back. However this is unavoidable since there are a variety of options out there, some of us know what we want to do while others continue to search and at times end up just settling down since money is a necessity. I am considering obtaining my Masters in occupational therapy pediatrics instead of psychology ~ we shall see!

I have time to pick what career I want.
I have no idea though. I wish I had an idea of what I want to be.
I keep switching between medical field and chemistry/biology field.
I want a career that'll I love, and enjoy most times.
