One of shows i enjoy watching from Japanese variety is this yearly punishment game in which cast of the show are sent to some remote area where they are faced with sorts of methods to make them laugh for the whole 24 Hours of filming. During the show any sort of Laugh by the cast will receive severe punishment such as being slapped in the butt. (Fairly goes on for 24 Hours straight so the cast will feel fatigue and torture). But at the same i enjoy watching.

i was introduced to this show back in the early 2000s through my younger brother. i think this was my first ever asian variety show that i watched, and surprisingly i liked it. i haven't watched it over the last few years but i've always made time to watch their batsu game specials every year. the cast is getting old but they're still crazy as ever... i hope they never stop!! =D

I like yamazaki... poor guy always get slapped.. i cant wait what this 2011 batsu game is in store for them.

I think its already out there......somewhere
just watched one video in dailymotion,
a guy in foreign language was scolding them, an they got butt hurt for laughing

No... the Spy Batsu was held 2010. 2011 is still yet to be released sometime around the end of December close to New Years. You can check with the dates on wiki of the batsu no laughing series.

really love the show,, specially hospital and high school episodes

my fave scene :
in hospital episode
when endo running and then he fall to the pit
when they in the mortuary, the lady test the cadavers with wax,etc to prove that is real dead body

in high school episode
when jimmy count up from 1-100
all english class scene make me laugh really hard,,



and when somebody say "matsumoto out",

really love Hospital version
but maybe because their using same trick...it's like they are lacking of something

but love new concept :
