A group of six childhood friends drift apart after one of them, Meiko "Menma" Honma, dies in an accident. Ten years later, the leader of the group, Jinta Yadomi, has since become withdrawn and lives as a recluse. One summer day, an older looking Menma appears before him, saying she wants to have a wish granted, though she does not remember what it is.

I just finished watching this and I recommend it to everyone!
I find the story, characters, plot amazing. The drawing was pretty okay too, simple and neat.
What I love about this anime is the soundtrack! The opening and ending songs are really good.
It only has 11 episodes so it's not that time consuming.

Yup, a really good anime. One of the best this season in my opinion, along with Anasaku Iroha.

I've watched this anime as well, and I really find it amazing ^o^
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 is another great anime as well. hehe.

try watching it. It's not time consuming since it's only 11 episodes
It's a good anime to watc. Heartwarming too.
