sorry but i don't know if there's a subbing team for this show. however, you can watch several episodes subbed by various fansites, so you can search specific episodes for specific celebrities.
but anyway, i believe this is not yoo jaesuk and lee hyori's show. the other mc aside from yoo jaesuk is kim won hee.

i believe happy together season 2 was the name of the show that YJS and LH got to MC together...
