can anyone please tell me what is the name of the show, that is previewed after every episodes of running man?
i often see ji yeon and ka hi in that show..
can anyone please tell me the name of the show?
and where can i watch it?

Heroes.

For the subbed show, I think you might wanna check out shsubs. i think there are a few other groups doing the show too although kind of incomplete and inconsistent.

Per the other poster's response, the show is Heroes, but it's not *every* episode of Running Man; I infer from your post that you've so far only seen the earlier episodes of RM.

FYI, Running Man is one of two shows that comprise SBS' "Good Sunday" variety show programming block. The previews in Running Man are usually for the accompanying show.

From Episode 2 - 41 the show previewed at the end of RM is Heroes. From Episode 44 - 57 the show is Kim Yuna Kiss & Cry. From Episode 58-70 it's Diet Survival Victory, and from 71 to 92 the companion show is K-Pop Star. From Episode 93-119 the companion show was Kim Byung Man's Law of the Jungle 2, and since then it's been the second season of K-Pop Star, but since RM has now switched to the later time slot of the two programs, we probably won't see previews of the companion shows, at least not regularly.
