He's danced lots of times before, but I think the first time he does something we can recognize as the "creaky dance" (random movements with some resemblance to pop-and-lock) is during the (awful) wake-up game from Episode 62. He perfected it in the very next episode in the pairing game with SNSD.

I think he started dancing it during the TVXQ episode! The dancing "creak" machine hahahahahaha.
