I am having issue downloading from FileFactory even though i have premium. The password given is correct but every time i type in the password, i gets logged out of my account and it prevents me from downloading as premium. I tried with both Firefox and IE but to no avail.

I cant download from any other hosts as well. I hope the uploaders can upload to Zippyshare since that is the other file host i can download from.

This problem is from FileFactory since they have recently updated their file sharing policy. You have to feedback to FileFactory about this issue on the premium account being logged out after keying the password for a password protected file. You are a Singaporean user if I'm not wrong, I can download from Nosupload as far as I know, you might want to try that. Jumbofiles is through proxy and logging into account and it should work. Please post in the right section next time as well. It should be at the Suggestions & Questions Section.

i have the same problem, already emailed Filefactory and they said they are working on their end...

Closing topic since it has already been more than a week's old without any replies. Once Filefactory has emailed you about it, please pm aniluv about whether they have fixed the issue.
