hai,i'm still new with this show.....i love this episode....i love to see jang hyuk,hyori and kim jong kook....but i curious about 3 line dance by hyori...what it is?when it become dance trend?i really want to know about it....tq

This is probably very obscure. But does some one know the song playing in the beginning when Jang Hyuk is being questioned and Lee Hyori wraps her arms around Jong kook trying to dominate him (starting at 7:24).

The song Hyori is dancing to is EMOTION by Yu Chae Young but you might remember it from the Korean madness video that has been around the internet for ages (actually, it's one of my earliest youtube memories). The three lines / fingers she is holding to her head are an imitation of the original singer's headgear.
