RM #39, #40 and #41 will never be released until all sites we gave warning today have removed our links, but don't worry, FO2 #15 will still be released. Progress page is currently disabled as for this reason. This also includes sites putting adf.ly over our links and sites selling our videos.

Regarding Donation thru BCA

Dear members,

As requested by some members to keep the Donation thru BCA opened, Donation thru BCA account will still be accepted but in ONE condition, filling the message for beneficiary (Berita Acara) with the correct confirmation code is a must.

As per today, no donation without message for beneficiary or with false message for beneficiary will be processed, even if you opened 100 tickets to our support ticket system. I'll close my eyes to this kinda stuff, if you have to blame someone, then blame yourself or the teller for being negligent filling the message for beneficiary.

Only ticket for donation with the correct message for beneficiary but hasn't been processed yet will be processed.

Regarding Episode 36

Hey everyone,

There have been a lot of questions regarding episode 36 disappearing on our progress page but not appearing on our download page, every day for the past four days we made an announcement on Facebook (which is also linked on the front page of this website) yet the message doesn't come through to everyone. That's why I'm trying out an announcement in this way.

Episode 36 is in the QC (Quality Check/Control) stage right now, this means you can expect it soon though I can't go into any details about how soon. Anyway we're asking you to be patient for a little longer as the release will be announced the same way every release is announced: by a message on Facebook.

I don't know what to say anymore, I'm kinda pissed off now, if English can't help you to understand, I'll give you the explanation in Indonesian.

Tolong pengertian ny mengenai transaksi pending dari BCA, sekali lagi, saya bukan orang yg bisa kapan pun datang ke BCA buat cek buku tabungan. Kalau BCA tutup jam 9 malam, pasti saya udah cetak buku tiap minggu. Saya disini dengan sukarela kasih rekening saya untuk transfer dan kemudian saya transfer balik ke PayPal. Ini bukan masalah profesionalitas atau pun komitmen, karena pada akhir nya donasi akan diproses. Tidak ada transaksi yg tidak di proses, hanya saja pemrosesan ny butuh waktu dan tergantung situasi. Kalau tidak ada kendala pasti akan diproses dalam 2x24 jam.

Perlu diingatkan sekali lagi, VIP iSUBS TIDAK dijual, itu adalah bonus dari yg SUKARELA support pengeluaran iSUBS yg sekitar 5 juta per bulan. Tidak ada yg menyalahkan kalau niat kalian donasi untuk mendapatkan VIP dengan berpikir beli VIP status, tp sekali lagi, kalau masih terus2an memaksa, memperlakukan kami seperti pedagang yg harus cepet kirim barang, maka kami akan dengan senang hati mengembalikan uang kalian disertai bonus berupa ban.

Donation via BCA pending issue

Dear members,

I noticed some donations made via BCA haven't been processed yet. The donations via BCA are verified from the SMS I got from BCA, however, I recently didn't receive a complete report from BCA regarding all the transactions made, only some that came into my mobile phone, some didn't.

In order to check the missing transactions, I have to print the passbook manually by queuing in BCA's customer service. Here comes the problem, I'm a busy person, I can't go to the bank anytime I want, or even to print it in Passbook printer.

I'm really sorry to say this, but as the purpose of the donation which is to support us, nothing should be demanded. If the VIP was the reason you donated us and want it to be processed in asap, please use PayPal instead as it will be processed immediately, or please be patient if you insist to use the BCA transfer. We, iSUBS, have no one fully in charge in donation, so please understand us. You are not buying something, nor are us selling something.

Why can't you just check the transactions using e-banking?
Well, I know you are gonna say it to me, so here is what my reply would be: somehow my klik-BCA keeps giving me error message. I have no clue what's wrong with my klik-BCA account.

I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. I'll be processing the donation once I've printed the passbook.

Please be patient, or please use PayPal instead.

Clarification Notice of iSUBS Services, Donatio...

As you can see, we received a lot of donations, we love it, we love to see how people love our works and support us, but there are things that have to be clarified regarding the donation to avoid any misunderstanding.

iSUBS is not a so-called paid-subscription site that you have to pay a sum of money only to download or watch our works. We don't exist here for money reason and we never sell our works. You'll still be able to download and watch our works without spending your money, but if you become our VIP member by donating to us, you'll be able to watch and download our works two days earlier than regular members.


Started from a dream

We created this community with a dream to be the home base of Korean variety show fans with original works, not stealing or claiming other fansub group's works like other site does, but we sub the shows. It's still way too far to achieve the dream (we are ranked #44,972 by Alexa), but we are sure we are on the right track. As to achieve our BIG dream, we need a strong infrastructure behind to support us.


The use of donation

We have some monthly expenses to run iSUBS in order to service you the best. We are leasing servers located in Illinois, Chicago, United States for $538.00 per month, domain name, chat box and etc. You can see the detail of the server here: Server 1, Server 2.

We have changed our server five times, the first was on my site, http://isubs.hkyo89.com, but since it consumed a lot of process my site was temporarily suspended, then we moved to another shared server, but again got warning due to high traffic and process, then we moved again to the better server, which was a VPS. VPS is still a shared server but with less users than regular shared server.

The first VPS wasn't able to sustain our needs, thus we moved to a better VPS but it still couldn't sustain us. For the fourth time, we moved again our server to a dedicated server for $179, the processor was Atom. We don't share server with other users in dedicated server, we rent it for the whole server. We thought the new server would able to sustain us, but unfortunately we miscalculated the growth of iSUBS members, we changed again to a much better server with Single Xeon E3110 3.0 GHz processor.

So far today, the current servers is still able to sustain us, we still don't need to have separated server for process and database, but to be honest, I can't make sure how long this server will able to sustain us. Okay, it couldn't sustain us, and we just paid another server to separate the process between web service and database, and it's Nehalem Xeon 5520 2.26 GHz for database server. We open the donation since we have monthly expenses to be paid to run the site, or else the site will be shutting down.


VIP features

We don't set the minimum amount of donation, but by donating us larger than or equal to US$3.00 you will be a VIP member with some special features as follows:

• Have the releases two days earlier than the regular members would have, you can watch or download it in our download and streaming page
  
• Different group color that indicates you are our beloved VIP members
  
• Donors' Area forum in Lounge category

Those are the only special features we could give the VIP members as our complimentary gift. Nothing more, nothing less. So please don't expect and insist too much as we are not a merchant that sells stuffs, we do the subbing for free, we don't earn money from subbing. The only thing we can promise with your donation is our continued dedication to continue sharing fansubs.


Our PayPal account

As you may know that our PayPal account holder is Argi Karunia which is me hKyo89, but it doesn't mean the money goes to my pocket. Well, we can create a PayPal account with any name when registering, that's what we did before, we create PayPal account with the name of iSUBS. But later we found problem with the name, we can't validate our account since it has to use a valid ID, thus we can't do all transaction activities with PayPal such as withdrawal and payment, that's why we refunded some donations in the early of September.

Learned from the issue regarding this matter, we created another new account, but we use my name as the account holder, Argi Karunia, and as well my credit card and bank account. But you don't have to worry, your donations go to the right place. We admins never take a single penny from the donation, we even spent out our money to donate as well.

Blacklisted websites

We sub for free and our VIP members donated us for the maintenance expenses, but some websites took our works out to their site, re-uploaded our works, some even claimed as their works, and some even take profit by opening donation or selling our works, thus we listed them on our Hall of Shame page (currently not being updated, but we have more). We don't need to express how much we hate them here as you guys could imagine it but to let you know that we also hate our members that support their site, and to show you how serious we are regarding this matter, we won't just ban the owner of those sites, but we will also warn or ban our members who support them. Giving support can be in the form like becoming their member, sharing their site url, and etc.

Hope this will clarify things to avoid any misunderstanding in the future,

No Pre-release for VIP for RM#28

Due to the leaking of pre-release video of RM#26, we have decided not to give the privilege to watch 2-days in advance for VIP members. Leaking the pre-release video is not allowed, and re-uploading the video is strongly prohibited. This is the consequence as we have warned this a couple of times not to leak the link of the pre-release video.

Someone complained us on facebook, saying that he/she has paid to watch RM 2-days in advance. Well, I presume he/she hasn't yet read this notice as stated in the header of donation page:
